Philip’s civil litigation practice focuses on the defense of professional liability claims.
Prior to joining Peabody & Arnold, Philip practiced as an assistant district attorney and a civil trial attorney where he litigated misdemeanor and felony cases, as well as personal injury, property damage, and breach of contract matters in jury and non-jury trials.
Philip received his Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston. Philip graduated from St. Petersburg College with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Administration.
