Lindsay represents U.S. and international based insurers in coverage matters. She focuses her practice on reps and warranties policies, assessing the extent of coverage in connection with M&A claims. The transactions underlying these policies involve a diverse range of companies and industries across the U.S. and abroad.

During law school, Lindsay served as a note editor for the Suffolk University Law Review, as well as secretary of the Business Law Association.
