Lincoln’s civil litigation practice concentrates on insurance coverage and professional liability defense where he uses his courtroom and trial experience to zealously advocate for the interests of his clients. In particular, Lincoln counsels and defends insurers in matters regarding commercial crime, general liability, and Directors and Officers policies.
Prior to joining Peabody & Arnold, Lincoln was an Assistant District Attorney in Essex County, Massachusetts. As an Assistant District Attorney, Lincoln was responsible for prosecuting a wide variety of misdemeanors and felonies. In that role, he tried dozens of jury trials to verdict.
Lincoln is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School where he was a Lead Articles Editor of the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy.

- Prevailed in defense of staff members of a nursing home against harassment prevention orders filed by a resident, in which the court denied issuing all three orders.
- Successfully defended against a Motion to Dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction in Federal District Court.
- Assisted in the successful resolution of claims alleging violations of the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act.
When away from the office, Lincoln enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and rooting for the New England Patriots.
