Kristyn Kelley St. George

Kristyn’s practice focuses on professional liability litigation and general litigation. Kristyn’s professional liability practice involves defending professional liability claims.  She represents lawyers and law firms in malpractice and disciplinary cases, as well as accountants, engineers, and other professionals.  She has tried several matters before the Board of Bar Overseers and argued matters on appeal, including at the SJC.

In Kristyn’s general litigation practice, she handles cases involving premise liability, personal injury, and construction defects.

Prior to joining Peabody & Arnold, Kristyn litigated personal injury, construction defect, and premises liability matters in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  Kristyn also held a clerkship with the Rhode Island Superior Court in Providence, Rhode Island for the 2015-2016 term.

Kristyn received her Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.  Kristyn graduated from Stonehill College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Criminology.
