Kristyn is an associate in the firm’s Professional Liability Litigation Department.  Kristyn’s civil litigation practice concentrates on defending professional liability claims.  She represents lawyers and law firms in malpractice and disciplinary cases, as well as accountants, engineers, and other professionals.

Prior to joining Peabody & Arnold, Kristyn litigated personal injury, construction defect, and premises liability matters in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  Kristyn also held a clerkship with the Rhode Island Superior Court in Providence, Rhode Island for the 2015-2016 term.

Kristyn received her Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.  Kristyn graduated from Stonehill College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Criminology.
