Kevin M. Bergin

Kevin’s practice concentrates on insurance coverage litigation.

Prior to joining Peabody & Arnold, Kevin served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Special Prosecutions Unit in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, where he investigated and prosecuted complex financial crimes, public integrity matters, and cybercrime cases.  Kevin has extensive experience both overseeing in-depth investigations and litigating significant issues in the courtroom, having tried over sixty cases tried to verdict in the Massachusetts Superior and District Courts.

Kevin received his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, where he was a member of the Journal of Law & Social Justice and recipient of the Joseph F. & Mary Gill Award for Outstanding Mock Trial Participant.
