Jared R. DiNicolantonio

Jared joined Peabody & Arnold as an associate in 2024. His practice is concentrated in the areas of Labor & Employment where he represents clients in both litigation and in advice and counsel capacities. Jared represents and advises clients regarding numerous labor and employment matters, and has extensive experience helping private companies, municipalities, and non-profit organizations effectively navigate issues in the workplace, and remain in compliance with relevant state and federal labor laws. He also practices in the area of commercial litigation where he primarily represents companies in business-to-business disputes.

Recently, Jared obtained a motion to dismiss, from the bench, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts in an employment discrimination case. Jared has also obtained partial dismissal of a plaintiff’s employment discrimination claims on a motion to dismiss in Massachusetts State court after oral argument.
