Amanda is a litigator and insurance coverage attorney. As insurance coverage counsel, Amanda advises and defends insurers in matters involving commercial crime, fidelity, cyber, transactional liability, professional liability and general liability policies. Amanda’s civil litigation practice focuses on the defense of insurers in coverage lawsuits, including declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation. She also defends individual and institutional clients in all aspects of civil litigation in the courts of Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Prior to joining Peabody & Arnold, Amanda served as a law clerk to the Honorable Diana L. Maldonado of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Previously, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable William J. Sullivan and the Honorable William J. Lavery of the Connecticut Appellate Court.
