Amy is an associate at Peabody & Arnold’s Boston office, focusing on insurance coverage matters specializing in representations and warranties in connection with mergers and acquisition claims.
Prior to joining Peabody & Arnold, Amy worked at a specialty transactional risk insurance broker, advising clients on and negotiating representations and warranties insurance policies for buyers and sellers.
Amy earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, where she served as the Transnational Law Review’s Chief Competitions Editor. While pursuing her legal education, Amy worked as a judicial intern in Chief Justice Budd’s chambers of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and a legal intern in the Insurance & Financial Services Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.
