Robert McCall is a litigation partner at Peabody & Arnold LLP. He practices in areas of surety, fidelity, construction law and banking litigation. His practice also includes the representation of insurance companies, their insureds and banks in bankruptcy matters. He defends attorneys in professional liability litigation. Mr. McCall also represents insurance companies in coverage disputes with insureds. Also, his practice includes the representation of individuals and businesses in a variety of lawsuits. He has successfully represented clients in both trials and appeals. He is admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire and regularly represents clients in litigation matters in federal district and bankruptcy court in other states. He has written and lectured before both local and national bar groups on bankruptcy, construction, surety and other litigation topics.
