Katherine KenneyPARTNER Ms. Kenney is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department. She has experience in a broad range of complex civil and commercial litigation matters in state and federal court. Her practice concentrates on defense of professionals, product liability and business litigation. She has represented clients in jury and non-jury trials in defense of professional malpractice claims. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Kenney served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court of Massachusetts. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts state courts as well as the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
