Sarah focuses her practice on insurance coverage matters, specializing in Commercial Crimes and Reps and Warranties policies. Sarah is dedicated to advocating for insurers in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
As insurance coverage counsel, Sarah specializes in assessing the extent of coverage under Commercial Crime policies for a wide range of alleged crimes involving commercial business. Sarah also specializes in assessing the extent of coverage in connection with M&A claims. Her work involves a diverse range of companies across the U.S. and abroad.
As monitoring counsel, Sarah provides defense counsel and insureds with assistance in connection with complex, ongoing litigation. She also provides insurers with on-going analysis of potential liability, exposure and damages under the policy.
Prior to joining Peabody & Arnold, Sarah worked as an Enforcement Attorney at the Massachusetts Securities Division, where she investigated securities fraud and other potential securities violations. During law school, Sarah participated in Boston University’s Startup Clinic, where she provided counsel to MIT and Boston University early-stage business ventures.
