Lyndsey is an associate in the firm’s Directors & Officers Liability Group. She routinely serves as insurance coverage and monitoring counsel on behalf of insurers. She has experience advising on potential liability, exposure, and damages for claims brought under directors and officers, employment practices and professional liability policies. In her role as monitoring counsel, Lyndsey handles all forms of civil litigation against corporate officers and directors, including securities fraud litigation under federal and state laws, investigations by governmental agencies, shareholder derivative suits, and employment practices claims.
Prior to joining Peabody & Arnold LLP, Lyndsey gained significant appellate experience as an Assistant District Attorney at the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, where she wrote appellate briefs and argued before the Massachusetts Appeals Court. She also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Phillip Rapoza of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
