Kerri concentrates her practice on insurance coverage and monitoring counsel and specializes in claims under directors and officers, employment practices, and professional liability policies.
As monitoring counsel, Kerri helps clients handle all forms of civil litigation against corporate officers and directors, including securities fraud litigation under federal and state laws, investigations by governmental agencies, shareholder derivative suits, and employment practices claims.
After working at Peabody & Arnold for five years following her graduation from law school, Kerri spent four years as in-house counsel, serving as Senior Corporate Counsel for a leading international gaming corporation which operates and provides technology products and services across lotteries, electronic gaming machines, sports betting, and interactive gaming markets worldwide.
Kerri returned to Peabody & Arnold in 2012, with a better understanding of insureds’ industries and business enterprise structures. Clients often rely upon Kerri’s business acumen to help them work through difficult problems and to assist them with solving various corporate-related issues and transactions.

A former competitive college swimmer and water polo player, Kerri continues to enjoy all water sports. She is an avid skier, enjoys rooting on all Boston sports teams and traveling.
Kerri, her son, and black lab, Fenway, live in Providence, Rhode Island, where she is quite active in school and community activities.
