He represents insurers in matters involving directors and officers, reps and warranties, employment practices, professional liability, and general liability coverage. His experience spans a wide range of disputes involving Fortune 500 companies across the United States and internationally. Serving as monitoring or litigation counsel, Dom assists clients in complex high-profile cases against corporate directors and officers, including securities class action lawsuits, governmental and regulatory investigations, shareholder derivative suits, and employment-related litigation. He also has experience litigating cases involving insurance coverage, bad faith, and commercial litigation matters.
