Courtney M. M. Person is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and she concentrates her practice in the area of professional liability and insurance coverage litigation. She defends architects, attorneys, medical professionals, engineers, law firms, employers, and other professionals against allegations of malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, and breach of contract.
In addition to her practice at Peabody & Arnold, Courtney serves as the Secretary for the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association. She serves as a pro bono attorney for the Women’s Bar Foundation’s Family Law Project representing survivors of domestic violence in restraining order and family law matters.
