Cassidy J. Mills

Cassidy concentrates her practice on employment law and litigation. She represents and counsels employers in a variety of employment matters, including wage and hour issues and discrimination and wrongful termination claims.

Prior to joining Peabody & Arnold, Cassidy served as a judicial law clerk in the Juvenile Division of the Massachusetts Trial Court.

Cassidy received her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law. During law school, Cassidy was a member of the Connecticut Moot Court Board and the United States Attorney’s Office Civil Rights Clinic.
