Weiner Elected President of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation

On March 7, 2018, Harvey Weiner was elected president of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation (“MBF”), which is the state’s premier legal charity. The MBF distributes millions of dollars each year to over fifty legal aid entities, which provide civil legal aid to the most vulnerable, so as to ensure equal access to the legal system for all residents of the Commonwealth.

Harvey is a life Oliver Wendell Holmes Fellow and has been on the MBF Board of Trustees since 2010. He had previously served two years as Treasurer and two years as Vice President. For several years, he chaired the Domestic Violence Grant Committee.
