We have considerable experience in disputes concerning leases, purchase and sale agreements, environmental matters, eminent domain proceedings, zoning, construction, real estate loan modifications, and other problem real estate loan situations.

We handle matters in the state and federal courts, and also arbitration and alternative dispute proceedings. Our role as litigation counsel covers not only the commencement, prosecution, and trial of proceedings, but also pre-litigation analysis and review of alternative courses of action in order to assess the most appropriate course of action.
