We are experts in the scientific and technical aspects of products liability litigation with a wealth of experience in cases involving advanced engineering and medical issues and the application of computer technology to civil litigation. We also handle the defense of toxic tort actions involving personal injury or property damage arising from the presence of or exposure to a variety of potentially toxic substances including asbestos, benzene, silica, lead paint, chemicals, gases and particulates.
