Peabody & Arnold has a sophisticated insurance coverage practice that consists of two facets: directors and officers coverage and general insurance coverage. Our directors and officers coverage practice enjoys a national reputation for the handling of coverage matters related to the corporate duties and obligations of directors and officers. We represent insurers around the country in all manner of insurance coverage disputes involving claims under directors and officers liability policies. We regularly issue coverage opinions, prosecute and defend coverage actions, prosecute suits to rescind insurance policies, and monitor the defense of actions against corporate directors and officers.

Beyond the directors and officers carriers, we also represent a variety of insurance clients in connection with all types of coverage questions and disputes. We represent comprehensive general liability insurers, professional liability insurers, automobile insurers, property insurers, and fidelity and surety insurers.
