Timothy M. PomaroleASSOCIATE Mr. Pomarole has a diverse civil litigation practice that includes professional liability defense, business litigation, trust disputes, intellectual property litigation, premises liability defense, and aviation law. Mr. Pomarole is an honors graduate of Duke University School of Law. After graduating from law school, Mr. Pomarole worked for two years as an appellate litigator for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, where he briefed and argued cases in the appellate courts of Massachusetts. He also clerked for the Honorable Roger L. Wollman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and for the Honorable Edward F. Harrington of the District of Massachusetts.
