Susan E. CohenPARTNER Susan E. Cohen is a litigation partner concentrating in professional, commercial and general liability defense. Ms. Cohen has successfully handled hundreds of claims to advantageous resolution by agreement, dismissal, mediation, arbitration and, where necessary, trial and/or appeal to conclusion in state and federal courts. Her work includes defense of professionals, toxic torts, commercial products, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, business practices, employment, insurance coverage and general liability.
Ms. Cohen has represented individuals and corporations in claims arising out of wrongful discharge, business practices, real estate transactions, bad faith claims, consumer and industrial products, asbestos, breast implants, food additives and many other products. She has also represented property owners, managers, housing authorities and municipalities in a variety of premises liability matters including, lead poisoning, negligent security, sexual abuse, construction, negligent supervision, slip and fall and dram shop claims.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Cohen served as law clerk to Justice William Batchelder of the New Hampshire Supreme Court, 1988-1989.
