Stephanie KaoASSOCIATE Stephanie Kao is developing her practice in Directors and Officers liability coverage and insurance defense. She serves as insurance coverage and monitoring counsel. As monitoring counsel, Ms. Kao handles all forms of civil litigation against corporate officers and directors, including securities fraud litigation under federal and state laws,investigations by governmental agencies, shareholder derivative suits, and employment practices claims.
