Jennifer L. MarkowskiPARTNER Jennifer Markowski has represented clients in a wide range of complex litigation matters including professional liability, products liability, intellectual property disputes, premises liability, employment matters, ERISA claims, securities claims, construction disputes, automobile torts, and coverage disputes. She has represented clients in state and federal courts in Massachusetts including the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Ms. Markowski has been admitted pro hac vice in New Hampshire, New Jersey, Illinois, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and the United States District Court for the District of Maine. Ms. Markowski has also represented clients in matters pending before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (formerly, the National Association of Securities Dealers), the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, and in matters before various other administrative agencies.
