Jason Cotton practices in three primary areas: real estate, general business and corporate, and trusts and estates. In the corporate sector, he focuses on representing closely-held businesses in all aspects of their operations, including acquisitions, financing, and debt and equity restructuring. He has handled aircraft acquisitions, has done FAA compliance related work for foreign owners of US registered aircraft, and has represented clients involved in civil aviation. His real estate practice includes individuals and businesses who acquire, finance and develop both residential and commercial properties, and residential and commercial condominium development.
