Dale A. CogginsOF COUNSEL Dale Coggins' commercial litigation practice spans a broad spectrum of cases including contract and property disputes, professional liability defense, litigation involving business torts, and commercial suits arising under Chapter 93A, the Massachusetts consumer protection/unfair competition statute. In the professional liability area, she represents lawyers, accountants, real estate brokers, investment advisors, insurance agents and brokers, and a variety of other non-medical professionals. She has written manuals and given seminars on legal malpractice and Chapter 93A.
Ms. Coggins has extensive experience advising and assisting clients on many issues facing technology businesses, including contracting, risk management, litigation, intellectual property, and data security.
Ms. Coggins also serves as General Counsel to CedarCrestone, Inc., a company based in Alpharetta, GA which specializes in Oracle/PeopleSoft consulting, hosting, and managed services.
