Constance L. Martin is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and focuses her practice on all aspects of civil litigation.  She has represented businesses and individuals in a variety of matters including professional liability, commercial disputes,  employment law, and intellectual property.  Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Martin served as a federal law clerk to the Hon. Edward F. Harrington of the U.S. District Court  of Massachusetts.   She also has substantial experience in publishing prior to and while attending law school.

Ms. Martin graduated from Rutgers University School of Law in 2006.  While at Rutgers Law, Ms. Martin served as Managing Notes & Comments Editor of the  Rutgers Computer & Technology Journal.  Ms. Martin graduated cum laude from Harvard in History and Literature and also received an MBA from Duke University.

Ms. Martin is a member of the Boston Bar Association, and is currently serving a three year term on the Editorial Board of the Boston Bar Journal.  She is also a member of the Boston American Inn of Court.   She is the recipient of the 2007 Hughes-Gossett Award from the United States Supreme Court Historical Society for The Life and Career of Justice Robert H. Jackson, Journal of Supreme Court History (Spring 2008).
