Arthur Kimball-StanleyASSOCIATE Arthur Kimball-Stanley is developing his practice in Directors and Officers liability coverage and insurance defense. He serves as insurance coverage and monitoring counsel and specializes in claims under Directors and Officers, Employment Practices and Professional Liability policies. As monitoring counsel, Mr. Kimball-Stanley handles all forms of civil litigation against corporate officers and directors, including securities fraud litigation under federal and state laws, investigations by governmental agencies, shareholder derivative suits, and employment practices claims.
Mr. Kimball-Stanley is a graduate of the University of Chicago and Boston College Law School. While in law school, he interned with the Congressional Oversight Panel for the Troubled Asset Relief Program and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Rhode Island. Mr. Kimball-Stanley was also on the staff of the Boston College International & Comparative Law Review.
Mr. Kimball-Stanley has published articles in both the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal and the Boston College International & Comparative Law Review. Before law school he worked as a journalist, first at the Providence Journal and later at Dow Jones.
