Sharon Fry is developing her practice in Directors and Officers liability coverage and insurance defense. She serves as insurance coverage and monitoring counsel and specializes in claims under Directors and Officers, Employment Practices and Professional Liability policies. As monitoring counsel, Ms. Fry handles all forms of civil litigation against corporate officers and directors, including securities fraud litigation under federal and state laws, investigations by governmental agencies, shareholder derivative suits, and employment practices claims.
Ms. Fry is a graduate of Wellesley College and Boston College Law School. While in law school, she worked as a student attorney at the Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau.
