Rick’s civil litigation trial practice is wide-ranging. Over the past decade, he has tried cases involving employment controversies, wrongful death, real property disputes, nursing home malpractice, and premises liability. Rick also represents professionals including architects, engineers, lawyers, and credit unions in state and federal court, and has even argued a Jones Act Maritime case before the U.S. Supreme Court. Rick has served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association for the past two decades and has decided over 100 commercial disputes, ranging from franchises, employment, sales of businesses, and contracts. He uses his considerable experience as an adjudicator in all of the cases he handles. Clients are impressed by Rick’s ability to get excellent results in an efficient and cost-effective manner, and they appreciate his attention to their cases and his responsiveness to their concerns.
