Courtney is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and focuses her practice on all aspects of civil litigation. She represents businesses and individuals in a variety of matters including, professional liability, employment law, insurance defense and coverage litigation, and commercial disputes. She is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Massachusetts and state court in New York, and has handled cases in Massachusetts state and federal courts.

Courtney is a graduate of Boston College, where she majored in History and Communications and minored in Studio Art. She also participated in a summer internship program abroad in Dublin, Ireland. She earned her law degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 2008. While at Suffolk Law, she served as an editor of the Journal of High Technology Law and editor-in-chief of the Suffolk Law Newspaper.
